Our new 4-H Program Coordinator, Andrea Rippley, will start in Jackson and Trempealeau Counties on January 15, 2020. As we look to welcome Andrea back to west central Wisconsin and get her successfully on-boarded, we want to hear from you. You are invited to a special, two-county meeting on January 20, 2020, at 6:15 p.m. at the Jackson County Extension Office, 227 S. 11th St., Black River Falls. A light dinner will be served.
The meeting has three goals:
1.It’s an opportunity to meet Andrea.
2.Review the roles and responsibilities of key stakeholders.
3.Vision the future.
During our visioning session, we will ask the following questions:
A. What is working well in our shared 4-H program model?
B. What changes can we make to support our two county model?
C. What will the Jackson/Trempealeau 4-H program look like in a year? In 5 years?
Your insight is highly valued. Please consider joining us for this supportive and collaborative process that will help us lay the groundwork for continuing to grow a successful program as Extension changes and evolves. If you are unable to join, please feel free to share your responses or feedback to the questions above by emailing Michelle Rose at firstname.lastname@example.org.
